As mentioned in the comments, Colorsuckr has fixed the background color problem. And is a great tool for web designers!
Again, sites that deal with design, style or color should be held to a higher standard.

Hey there – I’m Paul, the guy who made ColorSuckr I just found this post and wanted to say thanks for pointing this out. In my haste I had forgotten to specify a background… something which I have now fixed :-)
